HES-SO Social Work | Sierre
The Project
Produced for the HES-SO Valais-Wallis (School of Social Work in Sierre), this film highlights the unique pedagogical approach of an institution where hierarchy gives way to collaboration. The school stands out for its bilingual curriculum (French/German) and its deep roots in the Swiss social landscape, preparing students for versatile careers across the country.
The Vision
The objective was to translate the "horizontal" nature of the school into a visual language. In this environment, professors and students interact as partners and collaborators. We focused on a "trombinoscope" approach—capturing a wide diversity of faces and expressions to emphasize the human scale and the transparency of their working methods.
The Craft:
Directing Diversity: Capturing authentic portraits to reflect the inclusive and multicultural spirit of the campus.
Agile Narrative: Moving away from rigid institutional codes to showcase a flexible, modern, and welcoming learning environment.
Bilingual Identity: Integrating the dual-language DNA of the Sierre campus as a core strength for Swiss-wide employment.
Production: Produced by Imaginastudio (Lausanne).
